Police launch investigation as injured man found on Elland Road

Paramedics were called at 10.15am to reports of a man with injuries.
He had 'collapsed' and fallen down banking at the side of the road.

"He was taken to hospital."
The duty officer for West Yorkshire Police confirmed they were called to Elland Road by the ambulance service at 10.50am.
A police cordon is in place at the scene and enquiries are ongoing as officers try to establish how the man was injured.
