![Leeds Rhinos stars Martin Masella and Damian Gibson were guests of honour at Wortley High in September 1997 where they presented the awards at the school's annual sports presentation evening. They are pictured presenting awards to the school's U-13s football team who won the Leeds West Area League, the Leeds School's Under 13 Cup, the Airedale and Wharfedale District Cup and runners-up in the West Yorkshire Cup Competition. Receiving the awards on behalf of the team is their goal keeper James Senior, 13, recently signed on a 2 year agreement with Ipswich Town.
