Last time out: Leeds United 1-0 Barnsley

Leeds moved within a point of promotion just over two years ago when Barnsley last visited Elland Road.

Michael Sollbauer’s own goal was enough on an incredibly tense afternoon to give United all three points.

Since then, the Tykes have made it to the Championship play-offs but were defeated by Swansea City and now find themselves in League One after last season’s relegation to the third tier.

Former Burnley and Northern Ireland centre-half Michael Duff in charge at Oakwell nowadays.
